Pelling is a small town in the north-eastern Indian state of Sikkim, at the foothills of Mount Khangchendzonga. The late-17th-century Buddhist Sanga Choling Monastery has mountain views. The town is located at a distance of 10 km from the district headquarters of Geyzing. A regular bus service connects the two towns.
